21 juin muah cheeIt has been some times since i last writing here.
Anyway, today i'm gonna share with you a local,
rather a 60's food...
muah chee...
Maybe i should correct myself, muah chee is
well-received dish in south-east Asia.
It's kinda sticky in texture and chewy in taste,
or maybe oily due to the oil added
to prevent sticking to the pan.
You could easily get 1 packet from any night market, Pasar Malam.
There is many different matter to prepare this dish.
Most importantly, don't ever ever use the flour meant for
making 'tangyuan' to make mush chee.
Though both is glutinous rice flour,
the one meant for 'tangyuan' will cause the muah chee
to be wet than Q.
I'll try out all the different recipes that
i've gotta from friends.
Then i shall put them here.
So keep a lookout for my best of best muah chee recipe.
